1. Ashfaq Ahmad
 
Consultant Chief Physiotherapist / Fitness Supervisor
Head Division of Physiotherapy / FMH Fitness Centre

He recently completed M.Phil Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal)(Gold Medalist) in 1st ever batch of Pakistan & King Edward Medical University, Lahore. He did his graduation in physiotherapy from College of Physiotherapy, Mayo Hospital, Lahore in 1999. He did his post professional one year course from JPMC-Karachi in 2002 and extremely well throughout his academic career with university positions and distinctions in various subjects. Since his graduation, he worked in different hospitals, health clubs and private physical therapy settings to gain expertise and updated knowledge in different specialties of physiotherapy. His overall clinical, teaching, research & examinership experience is almost 12 years. His research work includes conservative management of medial knee OA, postural back pain-nothing but prevention, effects of physiotherapy treatment on Bell’s Palsy & significance of Kegel exercises etc.

  • He joined FMH in 2003. Since his appointment to date, he worked day and night to establish a state-of-the-art Physiotherapy and Rehab Centre at FMH in Pakistan.
  • He played a key role as a founding team member in establishing FMH Institute of Allied Health Sciences to prepare students for attainment of their degree in B.Sc. Physiotherapy.
  • He was also fully involved in making yearly planner/schedule for the physiotherapy students in 2006 first time in the history of physiotherapy education in Punjab.
  • He is the most experienced examiner for under graduate and post professional studies on the panel of UHS,KEMU & UoF since 2006 to date. He always used to give his valuable feed back to upgrade physiotherapy curriculum. His cooperation to Physiotherapy students’ learning is immense and is greatly appreciated by the students as well as faculty.
  • He achieved another milestone by establishing FMH Fitness Centre (SYNERGEX) at FMH Specialist Care Centre in 2007 whose popularity is growing day by day.
  • He received Letter of Appreciation from management of FMH for outstanding departmental services in year 2008.
  • He received Shield & Certificate for untiring services in rehabilitating earthquake victims in year 2005 from FMH and Survivor Support Group,Lahore.
  • His contribution towards start of Physiotherapy House Job at FMH first ever in private sector in Punjab is another important landmark.
  • Currently he is heading the FMH Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Department as Consultant Chief Physiotherapist / Fitness Supervisor. He is also working as visiting faculty member of FMH IAHS-FMH-M&D-C, CPT-KEMU, SPT-University of Faisalabad etc.
  • He is fully involved in organizing different workshops, health seminars and health campaigns for professional and public awareness.
  • He has vast experience in the assessment & treatment of orthopedic / musculoskeletal, rheumatological, soft tissue & sports injuries, cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, integumentary, vestibular, pediatrics, neuromuscular and pre & post operative disorders.

2. Beenish Khalid Toor
 
Senior Physiotherapist / Clinical Trainer

She has a B.Sc. in Physiotherapy from College of Physiotherapy, Mayo Hospital, Lahore in 2006.Currently she is pursuing transitional Doctor of Physiotherapy(t-DPT) from KEMU,Lahore. She has worked as Consultant Physiotherapist at Orthopedic & Medical Complex,Lhr, Complete Rehabiltation centre,Lhr and Rising Sun Institute for Special Children, Lhr. She joined Fatima memorial system in 2007 and currently working as Senior Physiotherapist/Clinical trainer here. She has a vast experience in physiotherapy of pediatric patients as well as in post-op orthopedic rehabilitation and working as incharge Pediatric Physiotherapy Unit. She has worked extremely well in uplifting the standard of FMH Fitness centre. She also manages and maintains patient record of physiotherapy department and FMH Fitness Centre.

3. Sum-re-Zahra
 
Physiotherapist / Clinical Instructor

She achieved her degree of B.Sc. Physiotherapy from College of Physiotherapy, KEMU, Lahore, in 2008.Currently she is pursuing transitional Doctor of Physiotherapy(t-DPT) from KEMU, Lahore. She joined Fatima Memorial System in 2009 in the capacity of Clinical Trainer and currently working as Physiotherapist / Clinical Instructor here. She is fully involved in clinical training of students and experienced in treating all kinds of patients. She has special interest in patients of Gynecology and Obstetrics disorders. She is incharge of Women’s Health Physiotherapy Unit. She also manages daily needs and maintenance of department.

4. Arooj Ashfaq
 
Physiotherapist / Clinical Instructor

She did her graduation in B.Sc. Physiotherapy from FMH-IAHS, FMH CM&D,Lahore in 2010. She is Gold Medalist and remained 1st Position holder throughout in the University of Health Sciences, Lhr. She was founder Editor-in-Chief of “PHYSIOWISE-2010-11” first physiotherapy magazine at FMS. She joined Fatima Memorial System in 2010 in the capacity of Physiotherapist / Clinical Instructor. She is fully involved in clinical training of students and experienced in treating patients of all categories in particular musculoskeletal disorders. She is incharge of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Unit. She also manages triage clinic of physiotherapy at Medical OPD of FMH.

5. Muhammad Asim Arif
 
Physiotherapist / Clinical Trainer

He passed his B.Sc. Physiotherapy from FMH-IAHS,FMH CM&D,Lahore in 2010. Currently he is pursuing transitional Doctor of Physiotherapy(t-DPT) from KEMU,Lahore. He joined Fatima Memorial System in 2011 in the capacity of Physiotherapist / Clinical Trainer . He is fully involved in clinical training of students and experienced in treating patients of all kinds and has special interest in neuromuscular disorders. Henceincharge of Neurological Physiotherapy Unit. He also manages indoor patient.

6. Nazia Rafique
 
Physiotherapist / Clinical Trainer

She has a B.Sc. in Physiotherapy from School of Allied Health Sciences, Children Hospital, Lhr in 2008.She worked at Ittefaq Hospital for 3 months and worked as Physiotherapy House Officer in ICU,CCU including different wards of Children Hospital. She joined Fatima Memorial System in 2011 in the capacity of Physiotherapist / Clinical Trainer . She is fully involved in fitness training of clients and experienced in treating patients of all categories with special interest in cardiopulmonary patients. Hence incharge of Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapy Unit. She also manages FMH Fitness centre.

7. Hamid Muhammad Ali
 
Physiotherapist / Clinical Instructor

He did his graduation in Physiotherapy from FMH-IAHS,FMH CM&D,Lahore in 2010. He joined Fatima Memorial System in 2011 in the capacity of Physiotherapist / Clinical Trainer . He is fully involved in clinical training of students and experienced in treating patients from all specialties with special interest in sports and soft tissue disorders. Hence incharge of Geriatrics & Sports Physiotherapy Unit. He also manages students who come to clinic for clinical internship and summer internship from student leadership program.
